Dr Jonathan Foo is the Founder and CEO of Vue Networks and Vue Reality Labs, bringing over 30 years of international experience in media, education, and technology innovation. A pioneer in immersive media and Extended Reality (XR), he has led initiatives spanning digital content production, immersive learning, and healthcare innovation.

He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, where his award-winning doctoral research focused on the use of immersive Virtual Reality (VR) technologies to enhance learning and skills acquisition.

Jonathan is also an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Flinders University, Australia, and Associate Faculty and Course Lead at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Combining industry leadership with academic research, he is passionate about developing innovative technologies and meaningful digital experiences that transform how people learn, communicate, and engage with the world.

Peggy Lim is an award-winning media professional with over 30 years of experience in international broadcasting, television production, content strategy, and creative management. She has held senior leadership positions at major media organisations, including Channel NewsAsia, MediaCorp, and Mega Media, overseeing programming, content development, and production operations.

As Director and Chief Content Officer of Vue Reality Labs, Peggy brings her storytelling expertise to the creation of engaging digital and immersive experiences. She is also a Research Fellow at Juntendo University, Japan, and Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Her work bridges creative storytelling, emerging technologies, and audience engagement across education, healthcare, and digital media.

Chew Keng Hao is a creative media professional, producer, and interdisciplinary designer with expertise in digital content production, immersive technologies, and interactive storytelling. With a background in design and emerging media from Nanyang Technological University's School of Art, Design and Media, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to creative production and technology-driven experiences.

As Supervising Producer at Vue Networks, Keng Hao oversees creative development and production, combining visual storytelling with innovative digital technologies. He is also Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and is pursuing doctoral research at Nanyang Technological University, focusing on Virtual Reality (VR) design. His work explores the intersection of media, design, and immersive technologies to create engaging and meaningful digital experiences.
